Crickx Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and crickx ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing all use of the crickx website at crickx.vin and all associated services, including sports betting, casino, live casino, slot games, the VIP programme and all promotions.

By accessing crickx in any capacity — whether by browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet on cricket, a PSL match or any other market, or by playing any casino or live casino game — you agree that these Terms apply fully to your use of the platform. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the crickx platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Crickx is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed crickx account.
• You must not be acting as an agent on behalf of any other person for the purposes of betting or gaming activity.

Crickx reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold or the account being suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one crickx account only. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — including under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or device identities — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts associated with the same player being closed and any PKR balances held within those accounts being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crickx account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Crickx will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your login details or failed to keep them secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact crickx support immediately.

Crickx reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a breach of these Terms or where the platform determines that maintaining the account would conflict with its obligations or risk policies.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on crickx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Crickx supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed within the deposits and withdrawals section of your crickx account at the time of transaction.

Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit is made from a payment method registered to a person other than the account holder — are not permitted. Crickx reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals where the source of funds cannot be confirmed.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests. Crickx reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for supporting documents.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, where possible.
• Crickx reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, displayed within the withdrawals section.
• Any active bonus balance must comply with the relevant wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Crickx will not charge a processing fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Crickx offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all crickx offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified crickx account in good standing.
• Each bonus or promotion is available once per player, household, device, IP address or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance or associated wagering requirement not completed within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• Crickx reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time, including cancelling a bonus already applied to an account where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus balance and associated winnings.
• Free bet credits and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only net winnings generated from qualifying play are withdrawable, subject to wagering requirements.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The crickx sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and major international tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports as available. Placing a bet on crickx constitutes your acceptance of the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Crickx does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the platform's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed at the time of bet placement. Crickx reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market or for any individual player at its discretion.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or declared void by the relevant sporting authority, bets will be settled according to the specific settlement rules applicable to that sport and market type.
• Crickx uses best efforts to ensure that odds displayed are accurate, but reserves the right to correct any odds posted in error before the bet is confirmed. If incorrect odds have already been accepted, Crickx reserves the right to void affected bets or settle at the corrected odds.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event at crickx's discretion. Bets already confirmed before a market suspension stand.
• Cricket bet settlement follows official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament authority. PSL results are settled as per Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) official declarations.
• Any bet placed on a market where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided.

Crickx reserves the right to delay settlement of bets pending investigation where irregularities are suspected, including unusual betting patterns, suspicious match circumstances or possible manipulation of any sporting event. Bets found to have been placed with knowledge of a fixed or irregular outcome will be voided and the account investigated.

7 Casino and Live Casino

The crickx casino and live casino sections offer a range of games including slot games, table games such as blackjack, baccarat and roulette, and live dealer games streamed from studio environments. The following rules apply to all casino and live casino play on crickx:

• All casino games on crickx use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.
• Game outcomes are final once a round is complete. Crickx cannot reverse completed game results except where a verified technical error has directly affected the outcome of a game round.
• If a technical fault, disconnection or server error interrupts a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's published disconnection policy for that specific game. Where resolution is not possible, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may differ between standard casino games and live casino tables.
• Slot game RTP (return to player) percentages vary by title and game provider. Theoretical RTP figures do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules and procedures of the specific game variant being played. Dealer decisions made in accordance with published game rules are final.

Crickx reserves the right to add, remove or modify games in the casino and live casino lobby at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary depending on technical, contractual or other operational factors.

8 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use the crickx platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one crickx account or assisting others in circumventing account limits.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with games in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any bug, error or vulnerability in the crickx platform. Any winnings resulting from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported and will not be honoured.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including live poker variants, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event for betting purposes.
• Attempting to launder money or use crickx for any financial crime. Crickx monitors transactions and will take appropriate action including account suspension and reporting where financial crime is suspected.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving abusively towards crickx support staff or other players in any shared gaming environment.

9 Responsible Gaming

Crickx is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. Sports betting and casino play should always be treated as a leisure activity with a set entertainment budget — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have opted in, promotional communications.

Crickx will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers who assist with platform operations — including payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa integration partners — under appropriate data protection agreements.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Crickx reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of any of these Terms.
• The account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or match manipulation is suspected.
• Multiple accounts are detected for the same player.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Continued operation of the account would expose crickx to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, crickx will communicate with the player via the registered contact details. Any funds held in a legitimately operated account at the time of closure — excluding bonus balances and any balances under investigation — will be returned to the player via the last used payment method, subject to completed verification.

Players may also voluntarily close their crickx account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests through the responsible gaming self-exclusion process will be honoured immediately and the account locked against reopening for the duration of the exclusion period.

12 Limitation of Liability

The crickx platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While crickx makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions or delays. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Changes to Terms

Crickx reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
